Hi just introducing myself im marie it would be nice to be added as a friend as its always easier with support im in lancashire id like to ask a question regarding protein fat and carbs how much should i set my amounts of each for a steady weight loss of 2lb any help appreciated. please add me.

Hi marie, I don't know enough about carbs and fats etc, I just let mfp auto calculate my daily calorie intake for 2 lbs a week loss and then took it upon myself to manage individual components of my food. I took on the attitude that my body does need carbs and fats and looked for foods to eat with ''good'' carbs and fats.0

Thanks bluefox9er just read your profile i to have just been dignoised with cervical spondyolosis and am still in a lot of pain any advise on how to deal with the pins and needles and is there anything that helps with the pain as well as medication.0
