So on Saturday morning I completed my first 5K. Go Me ! Go Me! Yes, I was so happy and proud of myself. I finished it in 36:32...I never stopped. I never walked...This fat girl trying to get skinny ran the whole darn thing.

    That's AMAZE-BALLS! Well done you and keep it up, get out there and pound the streets, it's far better than the stuffy treadmill going no where. Be proud of your achievement.

    Congrats! I'm another "fat girl" who ran her first 5K this past May. My time was 36:36 and I was 36 years old at the time. So excited for you. Fantastic job!!
