So it's a bit of a weird nsv.. but none the less it is one!

1. I went to london this saturday, and we were rushing, and I was staying overnight so instead of skipping my workout and making excuses I actually did it! None the less I'm not a morning person and half *kitten* it, at least I did something, and that's a big step for me!

2. NOOO junk food that weekend, a bit of a weird story, for the whole time I was there sat& sunday i had chicken and rice(din 1) mutton EW(long story) and veggetables, AND BREAD LOL MUNCHED ON BREAD FOR BREAKFAST LUNCH SNACK LOL surely tha's not healthy

3. Got home late, was tired, so instead of going to bed I put on my workout clothes, watched x factor ;) btw don't know why everyone hates kitty!! I love her! and did my 30 day shred as soon as it finished :D

4. FIT INTO 14'S AND THE WAIST ON THEM WERE EVEN TOO BAGGY OMG I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER THE LAST TIME 14 FIT YAY!!!
Ok rant over thanks for reading, gotta go do my workout :D
