Slack weekend, how to get back in the groove

Hey Everyone,
I went on a weekend trip to Chicago this weekend, and besides walking around the city, did not work out at all for the past 4 days. I am feeling tired from the trip, especially being back at work and it being Monday. But how do I get back in the groove. Should I get home from work today and sleep to regain my energy and start tomorrow or should I suck it up and start back today, sleep after I get home?
Something I always struggle with is whether or not to rest up or to workout. What is your advice?
