Not loosing

I have been good my first week and I have not lost a pound. I feel very low. Any idea, I have been sticking to my plan to the letter just been over, but not by much a couple of days. help!

    My honest opinion..........lower your carbs and watch the sugar! I did low calorie and exercise for 4 weeks and remained the same. I have done low carb for 1 week, feel better and am down 4 lbs with normal exercise. Think about it, it is not difficult!

    PS<<<I am your age and probably have the same age problems as you! Post Meno........o...and I quit smoking in March too!

    This. Limit you PROCESSED cards. Carbs from veggies are fine but you still don't want to go crazy. Also limit high sugar fruits if you are trying to lose. This is, of course, based on the fact that you are pushing your workouts harder every week.
