Is there anyone who is on week 1 of the C25K Challenge that would like to link up for motivational purposes?

I am currently on week 1 day 2.

I feel myself not making it a priority and could really use the support if we could try to tackel it at the same time.

    I'm doing it, but not I'm not following the program exactly. I only do C25k workouts 3 days per week because I just don't burn enough calories to make it my only workout. I know it will take a lot longer to move from level to level, but I'm okay with that. Once I am running for longer periods of time and burning more calories I'll probably do it more. I'm on starting level 2 today so we'll see how it goes.

    I also do other things with it as well. In the gym I use the stationary bikes, elliptical and the treadmil. I'm usually in the gym for atleast 1.5 hours. Will this slow down the progress? Thanks for the support.

    I'm stretching mine out, but I don't think you have to. Just go with what your body feels. I'm definitely a beginning runner so I don't want to overdo it.
