Protien Drinks....recommend or no????

Hi,
I'm very active working out on average 5-6 times a week...mix of cardio and light weights or own body weight routine. Up to now i haven't seeked any help from suppliments or protein drinks etc......are the recommended.....i've lost 3 stone and need to loose another 2 any advice would be gratefully recieved...

the only bad thing id say is many have alot of sugar and other ingredients you dont need.. i usually make my own smoothie and add chia seeds ex... greek yougurt..banana.. chia seeds lowfat milk..tons of protein and is good for you..i also take vitamins0

just eat healthy, including some meat, and you'll have enough protein there... to me, protein drinks sounds like extra kcal that you dont need right now0

Thanks for your thoughts.....i do eat some couscous, mixed seeds and plenty of fish and chicken.....so i guess i'm getting enough here so i'll steer clear of those protein shakes.
