Good Morning, Afternoon and/or night

I'm Monroe and I struggle the most with exercising. I'm beginning to realize that I get bored with exercising a lot but I want to tone so bad. There are so many of you who are so good at exercising that I could meet you. I would love more support from all of you! Please add me as a friend!

    I struggled with excercise in the beginning too... I think it's part making it a habit, and part finding a way to excercise that you enjoy... What helped me get into daily excercising was building a pilates/yoga routine on the wii... It's low impact so i didn't hurt myself starting out, and relaxing (but tough when you start), so i felt good afterwards... There's also more to excercise than just hitting a gym... Hiking, swimming, running are all fabulous and fun ways to add in more excercise (okay, running might not be fun for everyone... lol)
