Today's Challenge is...

This week I am going to do a collective challenge which can be graded. Every day the challenge will be to complete (at least) 50 crunches, 10 (15 second) planks (or 5 30second planks), 20 pushups and 10 lunges.
Every day I will grade myself based on the number of these that I completed. If you want to send me your results every day, I can send you your score, too. At the end of the week I will have an overall score.
I think (hope) that this week should be fairly easy if I just take the time to do these things. It's not a huge number of any of these, so I'm shooting for an A! If it's too easy, I'll do another round with higher numbers and/or more exercises.
