Find out if your city has a YWCA they offer counseling on a sliding scale depending on your income. I have been going for 6 weeks and I am so glad I did.

    If you live in a country/province that offers free health care, you can get free counseling through the hospital.

    Thank you for this. I have a friend that need help but makes too much for state help but has no insurance.
