The guy I work with here in the lab just asked me if I had lost weight, when I said I had he told me he could see it in my face and my chin/neck. I've only lost 5 lbs since I joined MFP but I guess it shows! Pretty great for him to notice since sometime you don't notice changes in people you see daily, usually its more striking in people you only see once in a while.
