Does anyone know of some good desk workout tricks? I'm use to having a job where I ran around a lot since it was retail and now I'm currently at a desk job so my fast pace work mode has stopped and with that I've added a few LBS I don't know of any or where to really look for them. Any advice would be amazing! Thanks!

I get Jillian Michaels' free emails everyday and I know she sent something out, but I couldn't find it. But I hope this helps.0 -
I bought one of those peddlers and put it under my desk. I also have small hand weights that I do air punches with. I used to have resistant bands I tied to the bottom of my chair to do leg extensions with but one day one of them snapped and broke.

I have a desk job so I feel your pain. I get up as much as possible and drink tons of water. On my lunch breaks, I take half hour walks, that really helps. I've even gone on runs during my lunch break. I also make sure to take my ten minute breaks and to spend them walking. When waiting for something in the microwave, do wall-sits. You could lunge as you walk around, but you may get some looks0
