Trying to get motivated in the right direction

I used to be a college athlete and loved how I used to look then. I know that I don't have the time to get back to exactly that, but I would like to get close. I started out doing good and was on the right track to losing my goal weight (25 pounds or so, but 30 at the most), but have noticed that I just have not being making the time for myself to eat right and workout. I am a full time student and have a full time job, which everyone knows the stresses and time consumption both of those take up. But I would really like to get going in the right direction again, but don't have many friends around for the moral support. Would love some friends on here that have the same goal and would like the group motivation as well. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can help one another! :happy:
