hi.. joined on sat and just got the hang of things now

love this site and i'm sooooooo excited because i know i am going to lose weight because of MFP!!!

    I just decided to stay back on track today, been a member since april and everything was good till june i lost my motivation feeling on my way to find it but meanwhile as of today Im beginning to post everything and start excersising :-)
