Kelly’s Ground Beef and Turkey, Peppers, and Broccoli Soup
Make about 16 - ½ cup servings

Ingredients:
1 ¼ pounds each of ground turkey and ground beef
2 cups of sliced red, yellow, green bell peppers
1 – 32 ounce bag of cut broccoli
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 cups each of organic chicken broth and water
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 container each of Philadelphia Cooking Crème Savory Garlic and Santa Fe Blend

Directions:
Spray a skillet with non-stick spray heat over med-high. Add the garlic and peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the ground meat, pepper, cumin, and chili powder and brown. In a slow cooker, add the chicken broth, water, and soy sauce. Mix well. Add the frozen broccoli and the meat mixture. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Add the Cooking Crème about 10 minutes before serving and mix well. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers or rolls if desired.

That sounds really good! Thanks for sharing!

ETA: Do you know, if I wanted to cook it longer on low (so I could leave it while gone to work for the day) would I just double the time?

This should work fine, I've made crockpot soups like this for 8-10 hrs on low.

This sounds yum, gonna try it!

Thank you! I figured it would but I'm never sure when it comes to converting times on these slow cooker recipes.
