I just recently joined after someone at the gym told me about the site. I have been struggling to lose weight for about 5 years now. I gained about 60 pounds and haven't been able to get rid of it. Even though I exercise, my body is so happy where it is and has refused to drop any weight. In just the few days I have used this site, I have reaized, I just eat way to much! I crave protein rich foods.

Haha unfortunately that is most peoples problem a little saying I've found to hold quite true is this; No amount of exercise can offset a bad diet. I tend to enjoy binge eating and I've always thought I could offset the once or twice a week binges with extreme cardio/workout sessions unfortunately that's just not the case. Although I recommend exercise to the fullest I truly think people would be better off on a stable diet with no exercise than a out of control diet while exercising daily.0

Just Remember....We are all in this together!
We all share one common goal and that is to lose weight and be healthier.
Try to eat high fiber foods and drink lots of water. This website does work!
Best of luck to you!
