My BMR is around 1400 Cals a day burned

I burn around 1200 cals a day ( from exercises)
Does this mean I burn a total of 2600 cals per day??

Also what's the best way to lose weight WITHOUT crappy diets and insane cutbacks

Exercise, exercise, exercise! Walk, jog, run, elliptical, bicycle, swim. Whatever you do, go out and enjoy it. The more you exercise, the more you can eat!

I don't know about all the BMR stuff. If MFP tells me I can eat 1500 calories including exercise calories, I eat 1500 calories. I also will save some up during the week if I have a night out or birthday party coming up. But I try to balance out throughout the week to have eaten all my allotted calories.

that's the great thing about MFP. The more you work out the more you get to eat. Eat back most (all) of your work out calories and you'll still continue to lose weight!! If you don't have a HRM (heart rate monitor) I'd suggest getting one so that you can accurately log your workout calories (since MFP just estimates).

If your daily BMR is 1400 (roughly 58 calories per hour), then for every hour you exercise, the amount of additional calories you burn is the amount that your heart rate monitor tells you, less 58.

So if, in order to burn the 1200 calories daily, you workout 2 hours, then you have burned an additional 1084 calories (because even if you did not exercise, you would have burned 116 calories).

So in this example, on days when you burn 1200 calories exercising, you burned roughly 2482 calories that day.

    Hope that makes sense.

Eat when you're hungry. Not too much. Mostly vegetables.
