Over on my Protein and my fat....

I am a little under my cals and excercise cals, planning to eat a snack in a bit........BUT I am over cals on 19 on fat and 44 on protein......under my carbs 144 cals...So I pay attention to my regular cals and I start screwin up the other cals.....

Suggestions?

    I think that protein is probably the one to worry about the least. However, I try to stay within my fat and carbs because that is what packs on the weight very quickly. A lot of carbs are sugar or come from items like potatoes that basically turn to sugar. Protein is the least harmful. I go over on protein some days, but I don't sweat it!

    Oh and if you need a snack I would recommend veggies, low in cals (no fat or carbs)!
