Raw coconut oil, I have made a chocolate (also raw, of course) sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, lint seeds...... Mix and there you are...
No heating no nothing, just the electric mixer ...

Not sure about cals, 125 per table spoon, wow I know, but this is the kind of fat our bodies need............. This is not lard or anything like that............. xx

125 cals was just for coconut oil, so to add on everything else, would be about 250 per cube??? Love it... xxx0
