I see a lot of questions about exercises that can be done at people's desks at work. I have recently brought my stability ball into work, and I don't know exactly what it is doing, and I am not logging any exercise from it, but I can feel some sore muscles at the end of the day. An added bonus too is that I can't fall asleep at my desk or I will facesmack into my desk!

I sit on a stability ball at work too - it seems to be good for the core.

I did that for several months. Didn't notice a lot of difference and it was kind of awkward, so I stopped. But it's supposed to be good for your core. If you have sore muscles, it must be doing something.

just sitting on it will help your core a little. can you sneak in some crunches at your desk? there are a lot of things you xan do on it that wouldnt be too disruptive
