and yes, I'm yelling that :P
I just got back from having an impromptu lunch with a friend and our sons at Cora's. I tried to make a decent choice, thinking that I will log it when I get home and be okay, since I have lots of calories for today. (mondays are my biggest exercise day of the week)
Anyway I come home to find out cora's doesn't have published nutrition info ANYWHERE!
How do I go about figuring out my calories? any similar restaurants?

I had a small bowl of tomato veg. soup to start with and had a shaved steak sandwich on a chibata(sp?) bun (no mayo but it did have a little steak sauce on it). I ate half of the sandwich and the pile of greens that came with it (no dressing)

I just try to find similar meals in the database. Sometimes you have to piece it together (look for the bread, then the steak sauce, etc). I always try to round up, rather than down. It is super annoying, though. It's made me stop eating out a lot because I want my calories to be accurate
