    How we doing guys!!

    For those of you that can do 365 crunches in 17 minutes, can you do them straight through? if not keep trying... don't fear!

    So far I have gotten to where I am taking less breaks. . So tonight I decided to only allow myself a break at each 100 and that paid off.

    EDIT: Mind you this was just just about 20-30 seconds long enough to catch my breath and go at it again.
