What 2 rounds of 30 DS did for me.

July-August, first round

Inches lost= 6.5

Month's time between August and September
Weight 182-175.2lbs
Inches lost = 7.125 inches

September-October Second round

Inches Lost 3.75

So from July-October I have lost 17 pounds and a little over 17 inches.
