Has anyone tried Metamorphosis by Tracy Anderson? The infomercial looks really good but, you can never trust those things. Does it really work? Answers much appreciated, thanks.

    Yes, I wasted my money on it. WORST. VIDEO. EVER. Even worse than the Skinny B*tch workouts. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Seriously! She looks like a stoned person just dancing around in her room and she never shuts up. AND, when she's doing her intoxicated dancing, she isn't talking. It's a voice over. So not only does she never shut up, she never shuts up while her mouth isn't even moving! That was the first 2 minutes. I turned it off after that.

    From what I've heard, its super effective! I also hear its pretty hard...

    If you do it consistently, it will get easier and you'll definitely see results.
