Week 4...hello world!

A life-long yo-yo dieter, I've decided to become serious about sustainable weight loss. I don't know exactly how it happened (the impending 4-0 certainly didn't help), but over the past 3 years I gained close to 30 pounds, to a point where the extra weight is the main thing on my mind. Which is a pity, because there are so many things I'd rather think about!

I like the idea of dieting with pals, so feel free to add me as a friend if our age/weight loss goals somewhat align:-)
