Unusual Weight Loss

I'm finding my weight loss very odd. I started in july and lost 6 kilos in 3 weeks, then another 2 kilos in 4 weeks. then i fell off the wagon a bit and was going over my calories. it took 2 months of being off the wagon for me to put on just one kilo, and for about 3 weeks i was eating more than double my calories, but i still only gained 1 kilo. then i started up again. two weeks later id only lost half a kilo. one week later and id lost another 2.5 kilos. Im very excited to have such sudden drops but im worried that somehow im doing something wrong, and in a week im going to put all that weight back on. i dont drink enough water (only 6 glasses a day) but before my weighltoss i wasnt drinking any water at all, not even one glass a day. My calories limit is pretty high (150). When i first started i was exercising a lot, but then i stopped after 3 weeks and still managed to loose weight. Since then i have done my usual 10 min walk on weekdays, but nothing more, until this weekend AFTER loosing 2.5 kilos i started exercising again. It just doesnt seem natural for my body to drop large amounts quickly, and i dont feel like im doing a lot of dieting or exercise, so im worried it might just be water weight or something like that? Has anyone got any ideas?

bump- this happens to me (drops not as large as yours but weird none the less)- no loss or minimal loss one week, then 3lb loss the next.... i never used to drink water but i am now, but not exercising even a smidgen of the amount i should- however when i fall off the wagon it doesnt seem to affect me greatly (maybe bc i dont fall off for long so maybe its the same for u??)
dont sweat it though, although im not claiming to be an expert i doubt youd lose that much water weight. whatever u r doing its working- enjoy it while it lasts- if it starts to stall u may have to up the ante so roll with it for now!! good luck!!0 -
Thanks! its good to know im not the only one. Seems like ur very similar to me!
Thats some good advice! heres hoping it last for a while lol and after that i probably will have to step up the game. But i will enjoy it for now.0
