I just uploaded my blog again with all natural apple sauce that I made with hand picked apples! It was great for the season and very low in calories! Check it out, along with my other healthy recipes!

    I just checked out your blog.... what a great idea!!! I'm 20 and have been trying to eat better for a while. i'm always searching the internet for new ideas. I just spent about 5 mins looking at your blog and I've already found lots of things i need to try!! Keep up the good work!! :)
