Food is so hard to bet

Sometimes I tell myself “i will only eat a small amount " but i never do... I feel as if i can’t ever loss weight... sometimes i diet for a day and not for the next.... What should i do????

    Make a commitment to yourself to succeed. Come up with a plan and write it down. Follow your plan every day.

    Your not alone. Many of us suffer from this same issue. You must take it one day at a time. I know it sounds cliche but that really is how it must me done. Soon you are 30 day in and life is better. Don't give up.

  • Keep trying. No matter how tough it gets, just know that not every single day is going to be perfect. It's alright. It's going to be a rough road ahead, but keep jumping back on the wagon.

    That is so cruel, but at the same time the first thing that crossed my mind! lol..

    But yeah, seriously, you need some determination, either you want or you don't want it. And if you don't manage to eat less, the other great thing you could do to overcome your" handycap" is just to work out on the days you've gone over your calories, that's how I do it!:D

    Stagger your calorie days of high and low. It'll make it easier for you to stick to a goal.

    really? you're doing this for justin bieber? really? like i am a fool for liking a girl and worrying over her and her not paying attention to me but at least I still hit my workouts hard and keep my diet in check...do this for yourself and know this isn't a diet but a lifestyle change
