that is true.. some people do better with just counting calories and others fat grams and calories and other carbs, do what makes your BODY happy. Every BODY is different.0 -

I myself like the low fat thing... maybe im old school but it worked to help me lose 70 pounds, and it still works however i do now eat good fat. I gained weight back because over the years i ate more fatty foods and stop exerciseing. I felt if i ate carbs it was my energy.0 -
This has been helpful-mostly.I thought we basically all the same -being human beings and had the same nutritional requirements.This discussion made me re-think what I am doing.0
