I'm here to lose about 13 lbs and I'd like to do it in five weeks. I work in an office and sit down most of the day Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. There's a big gym next door so I'm planning on going five days per week for one hour each day. I'm planning on doing cardio for the whole hour to start but I want to add in some weight training soon too.

I'm a mom of two and also single. Look forward to meeting other gym rats out there!

    Welcome! I'm also here to only lose a little weight, but mostly get in shape.
