I have fallen off the band wagon one too many times. I am finally sick of it! I've been using MFP for quite a while, but I haven't had any friends. I am hoping that having some MFP friends will help keep me on track and give me a little motivation. I am 20 and I live in Boston. Please add me!

I just joined today and I like what I see, I've fallen off the wagon alot too but have alsohad some success. I think checking in every day and keep logging the intake will be helpful. I'll keep in touch .0

Feel free to friend me! I too have fallen off the wagon so many times I've lost track! But this time it's for real. I've always looked/done the fast diets and have lost up to 50lbs at least 10 times! I have learned that those diets were "band aids". Patience has never been a virtue of mine, but I'm exercising it now. Boy is it hard! I am 45 yrs old from NC. Buckle up and stay on the wagon...lol.0
