I enjoy pairing the following:
Wasa Crackers Light & Crisp, 3 cracker sheets = 60cal
Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedge = 35cal
I absolutely love heating up:
Frozen Peaches, 3/4 cup = 50cal
Then, I add Cinnamon (I add a lot) on top of the peaches. The natural syrupy juice that comes of the peaches melds decadently with the cinnamon creating a pie like smell and taste.
+
Light Cool Whip, 4 tbsp = 30cal
It is super yummy to dip the warm peaches into the cool Cool Whip. Mmm!
Aunt Millie's 100% Whole Wheat Bread
or
Healthy Life 100% Whole Wheat Bread
= 35cal per slice
Fiber One Brownies are super yummy and only 90cal
I like to dip my graham crackers in my frozen yogurt. It is very delicious and satisfies my sweet tooth or desire to munch. :0)
Frozen Yogurt, 1/2 cup = 100cal
+
Meijer Graham Crackers, 2 = 100cal (50cal per sheet)
Don't forget that carrots, red pepper, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, okra, and green beans are all low calorie veggies (well, except for the tomatoes...those are fruits!) that are really good for you.
Anyways, these are just a few ideas! Good luck--

I have these 34 Degree Whole grain crisps. 9 crackers for 35 calories. I have them with tuna or with laughing cow cheese.
I freeze grapes and they get super sweet, like candy. So yummy!
I freeze yogurt and it tastes like ice cream and is usually a very convenient 4 or 6 oz container.0 -
Jello chocolate pudding snack pack- 60 calories
4 tablespoons cool whip- 40 calories
1 whole graham cracker- 65 calories
Crush graham cracker up in small bite size pieces- mix in pudding and cool whip- this taste just like chocolate cream pie! Yummy
I don't add in the graham cracker but my husband does- he also like to add vanilla pudding and then some coconut with cracker to make a coconut cream pie snack.
Also you can just dip the cracker in the cool whip for a quick low cal snack.0 -
