Hey everyone just wondering about high intensity cardio training...any tips?.....

what tips are you looking for? a interval training plan? there are lots out there.
Body for Life has a good cardio HIIT plan, you could probably google it. It's short but intense.
or you could try sprinting for 30 seconds and jogging slowly for a minute or 90 seconds, then repeat several times.0 -
You can do it with any cardio machine of your choice or even with jogging, swimming or cycling. The difference is that with HIIT, you'll going to do it first the low intensity for let's say say 1-2 mins then vigorous intensity for another 2 mins then repeat the cycle for 10-20 mins depending on your endurance level. I do mine with my stationary bike & running. With running, I do 1 min walk then 3 mins sprint then repeat the cycle for 20 mins.0
