So i put all my goods in here weight height what i want to loose im on 1200 cals. I exercise to give me more room to eat, lately oh lately im loving my food a little too much spcially dinner. I have a sweet love for food and its mean to me. After my daughter i put myself on the low gi diet and did incredible with super motivation, now i can barely keep my mind set in it for a day i get as far as lunch and think well a little of this isnt bad, we all know alittle bit of this alittle bit of that alittle bit of everything got me.... if ya want you can look at my diary, feel free to be harsh if you need maybe i need it.
