Whats your motivation...

Through each step of my journey, as my fitness level improved my motivation changed. Now at my goal searching for more motivation, went from walking to running, from dvds to teaching, from fat to fit, from bad example to good, from pure vanity to well rounded healthy lifestyle. I know I want to maintain weight, burn fat build muscle but, why??

    Honestly, it's what your body is meant to do. I watched a special called One Nation Overweight and there were doctors saying that a body was not meant to sit still. To just "Be". I am proud of you and I hope you always keep it up. Thanks for sharing.
  • Honestly, I have lost my motivation. I am slowly getting it back. I have had so many let downs and set backs over the last 10 years that it brought me down. I never thought it would be this hard to stay motivated. The calorie burns staying under on my diary, that is not helping me. I want to feel the way I used to feel, I would wake up and could not wait to get to the gym. I want that feeling back, I will get that feeling back. I will admit seeing all of these success stories has jump started my motivation. I think I am just trying to be my own motivation. That way no one or nothing else can kick me back down like I am now.
