I am new and need a support system

Hi my name is Linda and although I have been overweight for the majority of my life. i am making up my mind to lose the weight and get to my ideal weight. Which means I have to break a lot of old habits and add some new healthier eating habits. I do not have any of the weight induced diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc.. However, I do suffer from old high school injuries to both knees and have lower back pain.
I do not have a real active lifestyle meaning i have a career where it does not require me to move a lot and mostly I am sitting at a desk. So exercise will be something that I will struggle with implementing into my regiment.
I also, crave coca cola, chocolate and well really anything sweet. SO help me stay away from it at first and then introduce it in moderation. I have YouTube channel that I am using to document my journey so you can get to know me better on that channel. I pray that you will support me in this. I know that this will not be an easier journey but I tend to complete the journey. I want to stay healthy and I know that means I must release this weight.
I am hoping that eating more healthier will cause my skin to clear up from the adult acne and also start to help my hair grow more healthier also.
I HATE WATER so please stay on my to drink water.
I will be deworming during this process so I will blog about that. I will also do a detox during this journey and will talk about that too. Yep...I am trying any and everything that I can to help me reach my goal. So follow me on YouTube. Leslie Sansone is one of my new best friends. She does a walking series and is REALLY good!!! The easiest and inexpensive way to ease in to exercise. She has a CD available at wal-mart, some stuff on youtube and is on both comcast and att tv on demand channels. She has a 20 minute one to over an hour one. Start with a 20 minute one, you will like them and it goes by so fast! Goodluck Sis!0
