My friend is bugging me to post an intro thread, so I guess I have to.
I'm 19 years old and I weigh a little under 170 pounds. My weight peaked when I was about 14 years old at 220 pounds, but that all dropped pretty quickly once I stopped drinking soda and eatting crappy food. I've stayed at about the same weight from 16 till now. My goal is to get to 150 pounds and go from there. I just started working out this week and I'm enjoying it so far, mostly just doing the stationary bike and some weight lifting for now. I'll probably branch out more when my muscles start adapting to exercise haha.
