So I managed to do the W5R1 today and it went well! In fact, the 3min walk intervals felt kind of long!!! :) We'll see how it goes when I move up to 8 minutes running...but I'm not feeling as nervous as I was at least! :D

Congrats! I'm also week 5, and will be attempting the dreaded 20 tomorrow! I do think I'll be staying on the 20 for more than one session though (maybe 2/3x), to get used to running for that long w/o walking intervals

Hey! I was totally nervous too, but it's not as bad as you think! And if you're not ready to move on, just repeat a couple days or a week or whatever. I was surprised that I've been able to move through so far each week (yes, I have been changing after 1 week). We'll see this week though, since starting in week 5 the runs change daily. It's pretty cool though! I mean, it's hard to move up to the longer runs but not as hard as you think! :D Keep it up!

Thanks! Congrats to you too! How did you find the move from 5min run to 8 min runs? I might try it tomorrow already, we'll see. I entered in the plan for Bridge to 10k on my runkeeper app last night (in some early excitement to start that in 6 weeks or so haha!) and it was scary thinking about running for 20minutes at a time and repeating it a few times, with only 1min breaks in between!
Good luck with the 20 minutes!!!!
