Hi all,

I am really struggling to find the time to exercise in addition to my usual routine of work, kids and housework. The only solution I can find to help banish this horrible muffin top is a lunchtime workout; this is why I need your local knowledge!

I don't want to pay £90 per month gym membership and am looking for a pay as you go lunchtime exercise or zumba class.

I am in the Bishopsgate area of the city and am looking for classes around Liverpool Street or London Bridge area.

Thank you for your help.

Sam

    Hiya!

I know of a cheap gym very near Southwark - so probably 15 min walk from London Bridge - their membership is only about £16 a month - but I haven't been there so couldn't review it.

or near(ish) to Liverpool Street in Shoreditch is this dance/fitness/pilates studio Frame (http://moveyourframe.com/) which I LOVE! not a traditional gym - workouts involving vibrating platforms, retro aerobics, ballet-style classes and reformer pilates

    hope that helps!

Living Social has a deal on today for spinning classes at Boom!Cycle, East London. They will probably do 45 minute lunch time classes.
