Yesterday was National Food Day so I decided to post a healthified recipe of banana bread on my blog:

I haven't posted the nutrition facts yet, but here they are (without nuts):

25g carbs
2g fat
3g protein
0mg cholesterol
114mg sodium
11g sugar (8g added sugar)
2g fiber
*Add 25 calories per serving with nuts, 2g fat and 1g protein.
