Homemade banana bread:
Recipe as follows
Banana Bread
Yield: 16 servings (serving size: 1 [1/2-inch] slice)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup "measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener- My husband doesnt like splenda so if you use sugar, it is 99 calories per serving instead of 86 (I think) lol
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
4 medium-sized very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flours and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine sweetener and next 3 ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
3. Pour batter into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool completely on wire rack.

Some great suggestions here. I like the string cheese sticks for 80 cal. Also "My Essentials" brand chewy granola bars are exactly 100 cal per bar. I like the peanut butter chocolate chip ones.0

1/2 cup of cheerios, chex, or Special K fruit and yogurt cereals = +/-80 calories
12 mini rice cakes (cheddar) = 93 calories
1/2 English muffin + wedge of laughing cow cheese = 90-100 calories depending on flavors
2 Leg Style Crab Meat = 60-90 calories
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese + no sugar added diced peaches cup = 105 calories

Thanks for all the suggestions, especially the sweet ones! Here are a few of my go-to snacks:
Ghiradelli Intense 86% dark chocolate squares = 63 cal each
Yoplait light fat-free yogurt = 80-100 cal each (hint: throw in the freezer for a few hours for a yummy frozen treat)
One granny smith apple with 2 tbsp PB2 = 125 cal (but totally worth the extra 25!)
Peach or nectarine = 60-75 cal each
Fiber one bars = 90 cal each (I think)
Kraft 2% string cheese = 70 cal each
Greek yogurt, plain fat-free, with a tsp honey and 2 tbsp granola ~~ 115 cal0 -
