Can you do it? Can you lose 10lbs by Christmas? You can lose more if you like but I think 10 is accessible to everyone. We start with the first weigh in on Friday 28th October and every Friday after until the 23rd December. 10lbs in 8 weeks. That's 1.25 lbs a week which I think you'll agree is a realistic challenge. Opt in if you want to be a part of it and I'll make teams. Open to join until Thursday 27th October. :flowerforyou:

I would love to participate. I've never joined a my fitness pal challenge on here though, so someone may have to explain to me what all I will need to do other than weigh in on fridays and lose the 10 pounds. Haha.0

I am 8 lbs to goal of 135. But my ultimate goal would be 130 so Yes count me in. even if I lose 10 lbs then it would be 133 yay!
So we weigh in the 28th? which is Friday? Then come back and post every Friday? Hope I got that right!
