Chips
Options
I first tried these when on slimming world and tills them. Take a jacket potato, don't other peeling just slice into chips, par boil or about 4 mins. Spray with fry light and then. Bake in a v hot oven. They're so much tastier than ordinary chips. I just log them as a jacket potato.
