been on MFP for about 6 months and only just realized if i was to eat 150 carbs and my target was 80 i could exercise and it would add more carbs on so it would get my carbs in the goals?
and same with sugar, fats and calories e.c.t
is this right???
wow if it is i could be dropping pounds easily if only i knew this earlier i thought it only adds more calories but not other nutrition haha
(feel free to add me as a MFP friend)

Calories come from carbs, fats and proteins. MFP sets a percentage of your total calories for each of those macronutrients. If your calories are increased the grams of each of those has to increase to make the whole 100%. You can customize the percentages of each of the macronutrients.0
