Good day all! Don't know if anyone read my "Climb the Mountain" Post from yesterday but in regards to that... I climbed my MOUNTAIN:drinker: !!!
While out for my evening walk last night I thought to myself "Too bad I didn't wear my sweats, and wore jeans, cuz if I did I could have tried to do some jogging"... Do I need to mention that I have said that every afternoon for the last week and a half and used to jog every time I walked when I did this weight loss thing the last time:blushing: ?
So then... I just did it!!! I started jogging between telephone poles the whole way back! I am sooo proud of myself :bigsmile: The goal is to jog a little bit more each time I go walking... Maybe some day I will be able to do the whole loop (4mi) without walking at all!!! Baby steps tho people... baby steps!
