Big NSV! 5k run!

I started my journey losing weight the day after the 4th of July. I remember having a stress test to see how my performance and my lung capacity were. Sad to say they were not very good.
As of 3 1/2 months later I am now training to run a 5k and I am able to keep running at 8mph for about 8 minutes in intervals of 1 1/2 minutes each. Not a big deal but I wanted to share that my aerobic capacity is increasing and hopefully I could run a 5k in about 8 weeks!

    I'm doing the c25k program at the min, and my aim is to also be able to run a 5K race some time in the future.
