Hi All,

I'm Rachel, i was using WW until last week but started to lose my motivation, use my points for more treats than eating sensibly so i decided to try here and see if it gives me the kick up the backside that i need.
I followed WW for 26 weeks and lost 2 stone, 5 and a half lbs (33.5lbs) in that time. I still have another couple of stone to lose but i am determined to do it this time. I feel proud of how far i have come and know that i can do it if i keep at it.

    Welcome- I've never done WW- but I cna tell you this site does get addictive- have fun!!!

    alot of ppl go from WW to MFP. This is a great site with awesome supporters advice and everything else lol welcome!
