Where I work the majority of people are in 12 hr shifts. I was asked to go to get coffee from starbucks for a couple of them. Back in the day I would drink a coffee with all the trimmings everyday. Love it however it does not help my end game and I am going to mexican with a friend at lunch. I was able to go in order the coffee and take it to those who wanted it.

Even though I wanted it so....especially since my nose is stuffy and it is chilled outside. I DID NOT order myself one and when I got back to work I was happy with finishing my nice grannie smith apple. Yippy for me.

I make a vanilla "latte" almost every morning. Regular brewed coffee 1.5 cups, 2 tbsp sugar free Torani vanilla syrup, and 3 tbsp fat free half and half. Sometimes I even cool the coffee first and make it iced!

Great job on the NSV! I love my coffee that's why I improvise!
  • Very nice! Do you like black coffee? I drink that all the time

    Espresso: 3 calories.

If you like the taste of coffee, that's what you need.

Great job. I have learned to buy a better quality coffee and drink it black. Now I cant stand it with sugar or cream in it. Starbucks by the way is not a good quality coffee. If you have to have the coffee try it black with some water in it to cut the bitterness until you get used to it.

I love latte's with whipped cream, carmel or white chocolate. When I start can not seem to control myself. Total vice for me. :-)
