Good Morning! My name's Misty and Im new around here. Im 35 years old and figure it's time I take control of my health and my body and start making some changes. I just bought the 30 day Shred DVD and plan to start there and by making healthier food choices !

Super!!! Welcome!!! You'll find a ton of support here! Tracking your food is definitely the biggest step to getting in shape!! It's a smack in the face most of the time when you input your food and see how much calories you're actually taking in before you start to change those habits.
