Chicken Florentine Ring

I am told this is a Pampered Chef recipe, so this has likely been shared before but figured I would share again. My sister was kind enough to create a PDF w/ excellent directions and diagrams which she threw up online so I could share it with all of you.

I made this last week using light mayonnaise, reduced fat cream cheese, and reduced fat crescent rolls. I used full fat sharp cheddar because they did not have a reduced fat sharp cheddar when I went shopping for the ingredients.

As prepared, my recipe (which I sliced to serve 8) came to:

Calories: 498
Fat: 28.1g
Carbs: 31.3g
Protein: 30.3g
Sodium: 997mg

Make different substitutions and cut into smaller portions and you can easily shift some of those numbers.
